HI my name is Brian. I started watching Boat works Today this past winter .I realized it was possible to do a DIY wheel house and hard top on my 1992 2352 Bayliner Trophy .I started small,I made mold for a missing deck hatch, used soft sand nonskid and alexseal paint. It was a success and I was off and running.I then made a mold for the hard top, it was not to difficult due to my back round in carpentry.the hard top came out perfect. I then made template for the walls for wheel house .after modifications I did my finish cut outs with 1/2 in birch ply.l fiber glassed the walls with layers of chop strand and 1708 with polyester resin .Right now I am using total fair fairing compound and lots and lots of sanding .All of my parts are coming out great. I am using alexseal paint for my finish .I am planing to set the hard top in the next couple of weeks.I would not be able to do with out Andy at boatworks Today and his DIY videos .
Thanks, Brian
