Coosa is a product that I have not worked with, so before taking it to the Bertram I wanted to get a better feel of how well it works with different resins and how it sands and shapes. Gotta say, very impressive!

Hi Andy, good video on the Coosa board. About 15 years ago, I used Coosa board in the construction of transoms for a 12 ft “sport utility vessel”….think Jetski with an outboard. Use a good, quality blades when using a saber saw, and the table saw too. you can rout Coosa board, use carbide bits and take small/shallow cuts. Currently, we now use “Gator Board” brand, which is pretty much the same thing, as reinforcements for equipment mounting on the hardtop of a 45 foot, center console, power catamaran, on the deck and some parts of the hull. Again, great videos ! All the best.
