This week I finally got an answer on the first big hurdle of fitting out the new shop space; Costs for running utilities to the barn! But as it typically goes more questions and concerns come up as the overall project gets a bit more refined. I think a good plan is coming together overall, but at least for this Winter patience and creativity are going to be key to making this work efficiently.
