Expanding this transom core is definitely going to be a challenge, hopefully I was able to explain it coherently π Going to sleep on it over the weekend and hopefully a fresh look will help to come up with something. If you have any suggestions please let me know ;-)!!

Andy, glad to see you back on the Bertram, why not just wet set the first Coosa core in with some thickened epoxy instead of doing all that pre fairing?
Is a 3 to 3 1/2β transom thickness necessary when your OB bracket spreads the load over such a large area?
